Fear marketing and utopia marketing both leave people unprepared. The Evidence area exists to keep the public map honest.

Division 03 is the continuous read: studies, incidents, and statutes that feed the Stress Index panel. It is also where we refuse to grow by selling doom.

When public talk swings between utopia and catastrophe, parents and workers lose the middle — a next decision they can actually make. Measurement restores that middle. So does curriculum.

The Public Instrument publishes the same numbers humans see on /reading. If a claim cannot survive an inputs hash and a source URL, it does not belong on the board.
